Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Import/Export Specialist to join our team at Hugelent Technologies Mexico. As a key member of our Supply Chain and Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliant and efficient performance of all Import-Export operations for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process shipping documents and Import/Export documentation to ensure compliance with state, federal, and international regulations.
  • Collaborate with our Supply Chain Management departments to ensure trade compliance processes and practices align with import/export laws and regulations.
  • Follow up on materials in transit and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with freight and external logistics companies.
  • Perform logistic data analysis to identify errors and inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Commerce, Law, or Administration.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position or industry.
  • Proven expertise in general rules associated with foreign trade (Annex 22 and Annex 24).
  • Technical knowledge of import and export activities.
  • Experience in the metalworking/automotive industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ASTM/IATF/ISO900 standards.
  • Strong management skills, negotiation, leadership, planning, team management, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • On-site work.
  • Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Competitive salary: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month.
