As a Country Product Director at Pluxee, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the country product strategy aligned with our Product vision. You will lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution, working closely with business functions, IT teams, and Group teams to ensure seamless alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a 3-year product roadmap to realize our Product vision, from MVP to market launch.
- Contribute to Pluxee's Product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with country priorities.
- Lead product discovery to assess new products and features, mapping client needs and developing business cases.
- Manage product business performance, including P&L, Organic Growth Management, and digital assets performance.
- Ensure the alignment of the product roadmap with country priorities and communicate it to the organization and stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of product strategy and execution, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, so the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships is essential.
