Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Nike Unite Guadalajara. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers and driving sales growth through outstanding product knowledge and service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Achieve daily sales targets by engaging with customers, providing expert advice on products, and promoting services to drive sales growth.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual standards and ensure the store is merchandised according to company guidelines, including managing stock levels and rotating displays effectively.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, identify opportunities for improvement, and take action to optimize stock holding and minimize waste.
