As a Regional Property Portfolio Manager for LATAM, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Kyndryl's real estate portfolio in the region. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Real Estate, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the company's business objectives are met.

The Role

You will lead a team across LATAM to manage the global real estate portfolio of owned and leased facilities. This includes evaluating space needs, developing plans that meet country-specific requirements while aligning with the company's overall objectives, assessing the current footprint and implementing changes to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leads a team across the region to manage the global real estate portfolio of owned and leased facilities.
  • Evaluate space needs consistent with Kyndryl's business objectives.
  • Work with stakeholders across the region to develop plans that meet in-country needs and align to the company's overall objectives.
  • Assess the current footprint and changes required to meet business needs, document the go-forward plan of action, and implement to achieve optimization and in-year budget objectives.
  • Lead and manage activities to add, remove or modify space. Develop relationships with external third parties to assist with leases, subleases, space disposition, maintenance, and new space needs. Manage contractual relationships.
  • Work with third-party providers in the delivery and execution of services across estate, particularly the data center portfolio, to ensure resiliency in support of KD clients.
  • Responsible for the planning, preparation, and implementation of the facilities budget in region.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent negotiation skills, be able to communicate across all organization levels, work in a fast-paced environment, and have knowledge of facilities operations including HVAC, structural, architectural, landscape, energy management/sustainability, custodial, electrical, environmental & safety, and financials. An undergraduate degree is also required.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience. May require occasional travel.
