Job Title: Ix Sales Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a good relationship with end-customers and distribution partners built on trust and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product and system training or demos to peers, customers, and partners to ensure knowledge and information dissemination.
  • Perform product demonstrations and assist in tradeshows to contribute to the promotion of the product.
  • Review all necessary information prior to demo or installation, and provide technical support and training to certified Barco dealers.
  • Resolve any issues, provide technical support and expertise, and report discrepancies to management to improve the process and products.
  • Provide customer service reports, escalate open customer issues, and log necessary information in the CRM system.
  • Maintain customer relations via phone/e-mail, or available service tools, and perform customer visits regularly to assess product/service satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support to the rest of the organization, and perform in-house/onsite/remote training for customers & partners.
  • Assist in product demonstrations, guarantee all tradeshow or demo equipment maintenance, and assist in product set-up, operation, and breakdown during company tradeshows.
  • Detect quality issues and forward all relevant information to the appropriate escalation channel.
  • Schedule and request demo equipment for customers and end users via the CRM and work with logistics to provide site support for the equipment.

Requirements:

  • Review all necessary information prior to demo or installation.
  • Provide technical support and training to certified Barco dealers.
  • Resolve any issues and provide technical support and expertise.
  • Provide customer service reports and escalate open customer issues.
  • Maintain customer relations and perform customer visits regularly.
  • Provide technical support to the rest of the organization.
