Key Responsibilities:- Establish a good relationship with end-customers and distribution partners built on trust and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product and system training or demos to peers, customers, and partners to ensure knowledge and information dissemination.
- Perform product demonstrations and assist in tradeshows to contribute to the promotion of the product.
- Review all necessary information prior to demo or installation, and provide technical support and training to certified Barco dealers.
- Resolve any issues, provide technical support and expertise, and report discrepancies to management to improve the process and products.
- Provide customer service reports, escalate open customer issues, and log necessary information in the CRM system.
- Maintain customer relations via phone/e-mail, or available service tools, and perform customer visits regularly to assess product/service satisfaction.
- Provide technical support to the rest of the organization, and perform in-house/onsite/remote training for customers & partners.
- Assist in product demonstrations, guarantee all tradeshow or demo equipment maintenance, and assist in product set-up, operation, and breakdown during company tradeshows.
- Detect quality issues and forward all relevant information to the appropriate escalation channel.
- Schedule and request demo equipment for customers and end users via the CRM and work with logistics to provide site support for the equipment.
Requirements:
- Review all necessary information prior to demo or installation.
- Provide technical support and training to certified Barco dealers.
- Resolve any issues and provide technical support and expertise.
- Provide customer service reports and escalate open customer issues.
