About This Opportunity
This HR Partner role serves as a key partner for assigned client groups, supporting the implementation of effective HR measures and ensuring the right application of HR standards, policies, and processes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing data-driven insights to leaders to inform decisions related to people, structure, compensation, and performance.
- Assessing future needs for people, resources, skills, and other factors, and developing strategies to address these needs.
- Identifying and executing initiatives to bridge gaps or address climate or style issues, promoting a positive work environment.
- Delivering employee relations, staffing, and organizational development services to an assigned site, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Supporting recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection, and placement of qualified candidates, and assisting with the administration of company-wide human resources policies and practices.
- Conducting ongoing information and training sessions to develop employees, provide support, and resolve problems.
- Investigating claims of harassment or other company-guideline violations, ensuring compliance with federal and state legal requirements.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in a related field.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, facilitation skills, and presentation skills.
- An advocate for employees, customers, the business, and shareholders, actively facilitating discussions, decision-making, and alignment.
- Effective change management leadership, including design, preparation, employee engagement, execution, and communications.
- Skilled in project management, able to take moderately complex projects through completion.
- Skilled in multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing work.
