Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Go-To-Market Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for building growth plans and supporting our sub-regional Go-To-Market strategy. You will work closely with internal teams to drive the implementation of growth plans and track performance.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to setting sub-regional strategy and growth plans to achieve business goals.
- Build account goals lists that fit with Google Cloud offerings to optimize campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Support alignment, coordination, and execution of growth plans with other teams, including Marketing, Sales Specialists, Partners, and Field.
- Track growth plan performance and define actions for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working with cross-functional teams and customer bases, managing multi-stakeholder projects.
- 4 years of experience with planning activities, such as developing planning models.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in integrating cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies.
