Chief of Staff to Chief Marketing Officer

Sword Health is a pioneering healthcare technology company on a mission to revolutionize pain management. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we're seeking a highly skilled Chief of Staff to support our Chief Marketing Officer in driving marketing operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the production and execution of marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
  • Design and establish efficient, scalable processes for the marketing department, focusing on optimizing project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale marketing projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and R&D, to ensure marketing projects support overall business goals and product launches.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to Sword Health's standards and deadlines.
  • Assist the CMO in strategic decision-making processes, providing insightful analysis, preparing reports, and contributing to the development of long-term marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects and teams.
  • Proven track record of defining and implementing successful processes.
  • Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities, especially for leading and coordinating peers and their teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
