Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Manager to join our team at Citi. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives and managing the day-to-day needs of our re-engineering program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with team leads to ensure that re-engineering and productivity objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Support the leadership in managing the program, by compiling and analyzing progress on various aspects of the re-engineering program.
  • Compile and analyze scorecards to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and business analysis.
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day needs of the program, including tracking progress, removing barriers, and providing cross-functional leadership.
  • Responsible for the tactical execution of medium-sized projects or phases of larger re-engineering efforts.
  • Provide timely and regular communication and project reporting within the team, business partners, business leadership, and re-engineering leadership.
  • Partner with product business management to establish project priorities and assist in the successful delivery of their projects as needed.
  • Facilitate large end-to-end, cross-functional process review sessions to understand the current state and build the future state.
  • Work with project teams to ensure the future state process is solving business goals and overcoming barriers.
  • Assist in the management of the Citi-collaborate site.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of process and project management experience.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or another formal training in re-engineering or process improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Lead all analytics efforts as part of the stranded cost program, working closely with functions in NAM, and Asia as well as other regions.
  • Manage the stranded cost submission process and provide timely reporting for various stakeholder groups.
  • Partner with Asia teams to further build out consistent reporting capabilities for new stakeholder groups and as the stranded cost effort evolves.
  • Develop governance documents for the Stranded Cost Central Team.
  • Support knowledge and information sharing platforms to maintain connectivity across various working teams.

Requirements for this Role

  • 5+ years of experience in a related role with extensive experience in business, functional, and people management.
  • Deep experience with a broad swath of Citi, including Global Functions and Enterprise O&T.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills, ideally with the ability to set up simple VBA macros.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Bias for action; track record of driving parts of large-scale transformations and/or implementation of high-impact initiatives.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to rationalize and work through organizational change.
  • Ability to influence and engage in a consultative mode with various senior stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and compliance to define the strategic scope, a problem-solving approach, and engage a team that effectively will lead the re-engineering process to achieve the envisioned results.
