Strategic Account Manager

**Key Account Manager Role:**
The Key Account Manager position at Zoetis requires a deep understanding of the Cattle Industry and proven technical and production knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing processes to approach all stakeholders at the Veracruz Accounts, including the board. They will align and coordinate action plans and resources to create value for these accounts and Zoetis, going beyond the creative business plan through direct interaction with Zoetis marketing and technical departments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build long-term business-to-business relationships between Key Accounts and Zoetis.
- Seek and detect customer needs to determine priorities and offer customized solutions based on deep analysis according to Zoetis strategies.
- Create a compelling business plan per strategic account, setting clear account objectives, defining key actions, and securing resources to build a value proposition.
- Set clear metrics to measure progress and create unique capabilities to differentiate from competitors.
