Job Summary:
As a key member of the Johnson Controls team, the Analyst HRSSC Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring seamless communication between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. This position requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview schedules, maintaining open communication with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage candidate reimbursement processes, adhering to established procedures and ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries from internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Desirable experience in HR Service Centers or HR operations, with a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- High English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to deliver presentations and coordinate work teams in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
- High customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in core HR operations processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR systems, including Workday and ServiceNow.
