Job Summary:
Panduit is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Management Specialist. As a key member of our order management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders from distributors and other approved purchasers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and enter purchase orders into our order management system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process sample orders for internal customers, including product management, facilities, marketing, training, and other non-commercial groups.
- Prepare export documents for freight carriers and coordinate shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage the auto-ship and debit account correction process for orders received via the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Distribute workload received via the customer service mailbox into different workflow queues, ensuring efficient processing and resolution.
- Provide follow-up on orders to ensure timely delivery, resolving any delays or issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
- Process additional transactions, such as expedites, documents, reprints, and creation of certificates of compliance, as required by customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or high school degree preferred.
Work Environment:
This is a day shift position in Mexico.
