• Intermediate knowledge of credit skills and Early Warning Detection
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate views clearly and confidently
• Proven leadership ability with excellent interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated organizational skills and ability to self-motivate
• Passion for creating new business opportunities and innovative approaches to meeting clients' needs
