We are seeking a highly skilled Global Project Manager to lead the implementation of our new global Order to Cash (O2C) capability. This role will be responsible for coordinating project management activities, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective governance and stakeholder alignment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, project management, and O2C processes. They will be proficient in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a detailed project plan for the O2C capability, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Lead and coordinate global design efforts, ensuring design deliverables are achieved and stage gates cleared.
- Partner with consultants to design and implement global digital solutions in support of O2C zero-touch efforts.
- Establish transition plans and timelines in partnership with transition offices for the appropriate hubs.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and HR on hiring and interviewing.
- Ensure effective knowledge capture and transfer (KC/KT) and due diligence for all roles.
- Lead weekly governance meetings and periodic Steering Council presentations, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor IT solution development and implementation, resolving issues proactively and raising critical issues.
- Actively engage in Global Change and Comms plans related to the project.
- Report out to senior leadership as needed, sharing critical KPIs and performance.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on project management and O2C.
- English fluency, both written and verbal, required; exceptional communication skills across global businesses (additional languages a plus).
- Proficient in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and APICS.
