Your Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Ad Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns with diverse KPIs, creating programmatic deals, and advising traders on delivery and KPI achievement.

You will work closely with our internal teams, including design, performance, and programmatic specialists, to ensure timely campaign activation. Additionally, you will support with RFPs, provide interesting figures, benchmarks, historical cases, and best practices, and create weekly and monthly reports for clients and internal departments.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a trader or ad-trafficker/ad-operations in media agencies, publishers, adtechs, DSPs, SSPs, or related areas
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Experience working with international brands or big clients requiring tight deadlines and clear processes
  • Knowledge of programmatic campaigns and PMPs creation
  • Experience with reporting tools (Ad Servers, Google Analytics, Turnillo, Redash, etc)
  • Data-centered with experience working with Excel/spreadsheets, or other data tools, using formulas and dynamic tables
