Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort in Mexico.

About the Job:

This is a full-time position that involves overseeing the daily activities of the housekeeping department, ensuring seamless room cleanliness and organization for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Room Maintenance: Ensure all guest rooms are clean and well-maintained, prioritizing tasks based on availability and deadlines.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the housekeeping management to manage staff, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between housekeeping, engineering, front office, and laundry teams to coordinate efforts and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of housekeeping operations, including room assignments, status updates, and any reported issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
