Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of quality analysts who support multiple answering groups across the business.
- Participate in management meetings and apply in-depth quality process improvement knowledge to drive business results.
- Contribute to the development of new quality techniques, models, and plans that enhance digital authentication and fraud prevention capabilities.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed, analytical reports to inform business decisions.
- Share responsibility for budgets and planning to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage a team, including management of people, budget, and planning.
- Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures to resolve complex issues.
- Evaluate subordinates' performance and make recommendations for pay increases, hiring, terminations, and other personnel actions.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of how own area collectively integrates to contribute to achieving overall business goals.
- Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
- Directly impact the area through shared responsibility for delivery of end results and contribution to planning, budget management, and formulation of procedures.

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in digital authentication and fraud prevention.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience as a Product Owner (5 years).
