Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to drive manufacturing efficiency and quality at Branson de Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing production processes to ensure cost-effectiveness, productivity, and compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Process Analysis and Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
- Quality Assurance and Control: Collaborate with the Quality Department to ensure that processes meet required specifications and standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to ensure that equipment is functioning correctly and resolve process-related issues to minimize production downtime.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and use this information to inform process changes and improvements.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production staff on new processes and equipment, and support their professional development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate documentation of process changes, procedures, and work instructions, and lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of years of experience in process engineering, quality control, or manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with a proven track record of process improvement initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in English (ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English).
- Experience in project management is an advantage but not required.
- Availability to travel within the USA and Mexico.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD tools, specifically Solid Edge.
