About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in risk analytics, credit, and fraud prevention to drive business growth and mitigate losses.

You will be responsible for deploying risk management strategies and capabilities to ensure delivery on disputes management, chargebacks collection, and fraud loss targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze complex situations and provide guidance on chargeback investigations and communications with external partners.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent and detect fraudulent activity, resulting in reduced losses and improved customer trust.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate platform and tools, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Extract and analyze data, generate metrics, and perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns indicative of potential fraudulent activity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in fraud prevention and risk management, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills, including background in statistical modeling and analysis.
  • Extensive knowledge of card-not-present (CNP) and card-present fraud schemes in Mexico and Latin America.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create clear and concise summary documents and provide detailed instructions to team members.
