Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years of people management experience.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing software engineering teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality software on time and within budget.
- Strong technical expertise in iOS development, with a deep understanding of Swift and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 7 years of people management experience.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale software engineering initiatives, with a focus on delivering complex software systems on time and within budget.
- Strong experience in Agile development methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery.
