Continuous Improvement Process Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Continuous Improvement Process Leader to join our team at Servicios Comerciales Amazon México S. De R.L. De C.V. As a key member of our Amazon Customer Excellence System Team (ACES), you will be responsible for optimizing the delivery station operations, providing station teams with knowledge and tools to improve performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Support OTR Technology launches for XPT's, Service Partners and Delivery Stations
- Maintain SOP, START and standard processes materials updated according to the current standards
- Analyze main metrics in weekly basis to develop improvement projects to maintain and achieve business goals
- Basic knowledge in Six sigma
- Preferred skills on data analysis
- Lead weekly audits to verify accuracy to current processes by Ops Team, including processes established by support areas
- Support to Ops Team on weekly analysis oriented to detect deviation to the standard processes
- Offer ACES perspective to optimize packages flow and reduce wasting time, improving work flow
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration or similar with continuous improvement methodology knowledge
- Experience leading multidisciplinary groups
- Green belt certification (optional)
- Engage multitasking in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Support project improvement events to achieve business goals with short and long term results
- Offer feedback effectively related to Standard Process adherence
- Deliver training solutions, if necessary for deploy projects and increase adoption
- Analyze metrics and identify deviations creating clear improvement plans
