About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Process Leader to join our Amazon Customer Excellence System Team (ACES). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the optimization of delivery station operations and provide stations with the necessary knowledge and tools to improve performance.

As a key member of the ACES team, you will be responsible for developing deep knowledge of operation processes, creating effective communication plans, and enabling overall process alignment. You will also lead improvement projects to track metric deviations and achieve expected targets.

Main Activities:
  • Support the launch of ATS Technology in Sort Centers and 3P operated distribution centers.
  • Maintain SOP, START, and standard processes materials updated according to current standards.
  • Analyze main metrics weekly to develop improvement projects and maintain business goals.
  • Lead weekly audits to verify accuracy of current processes by Ops Team.
  • Support Ops Team on weekly analysis to detect deviations from standard processes.
  • Offer ACES perspective to optimize package flow and reduce wasting time, improving workflow.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or similar with continuous improvement methodology knowledge.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary groups.
  • Green belt certification (optional).
  • Ability to engage in multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
