About the Role

Inviso is seeking a seasoned IT Director to spearhead our IT department's strategic direction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Security solutions and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, with a focus on enhancing security measures.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions, including Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Ensure the stability and efficiency of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and endpoints.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, and manage IT risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement incident response plans and lead the response to security breaches and other IT emergencies.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the best use of technology and security solutions.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and technology investments.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing Microsoft Security solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
