- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing HR processes and policies.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present HR data to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of previous HR Generalist experience, Data Analytics.
- Knowledge in Dayforce, workforce, and TRESS is desired.
- Spanish & English 70% (Intermediate).
