Key Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to improve training practices and procedures using data analysis and Lean Sigma tools, ensuring consistent application of company practices across functional training processes.
- Develop, execute, and analyze functional training for various stakeholders, as well as partner with Human Resources and Business Leaders to identify and address training needs.
- Collaborate with the HR Management System team to optimize the use and continuous improvement of the learning management system.
- Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational needs, operational requirements, and the organization's training strategy.
- Provide leadership to global training owners and subject matter experts, as well as coordinate and oversee technical training solutions that meet organizational needs globally.
- Responsible for exemplifying and holding the team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values, focusing on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field.
- A combination of education, experience, and time in the field will be taken into consideration, and internal candidates may have distinct requirements tailored to their demonstrated skills and contributions within the organization.
Working Conditions
- Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level.
