Call Center Team Lead

We are seeking a Call Center Team Lead to join our Mexican team at Unity Communications. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM GMT.
As a Call Center Team Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing lead generation strategies, identifying target audiences, creating effective call scripts, and establishing lead qualification criteria.
You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching call center agents, motivating your team to meet and exceed lead generation goals, and tracking key metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, lead quality, and agent productivity.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process and identifying high-quality leads, ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
You should possess proven ability to inspire, manage, and motivate a high-performing team, familiarity with call center software, dialer systems, and CRM platforms, and strong communication techniques to engage potential customers and qualify leads.
