About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate payment of invoices to our vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate vendor invoices to ensure they have been previously approved and have supporting documentation and accurate PO
  • Seek approvals from local management to execute payments
  • Generate journal entries to account for partial payments or reclassify expenses
  • Prepare information and reports for internal/external audit purposes
  • Work Orders submission
  • Provide support to internal and external clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable positions
  • Fluency in English
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of myBuy and SAP
  • Highly responsible and committed individual with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
