Job Overview

Marriott International, Inc is seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our store by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

About the Role

This role offers an estimated salary of $45,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions in Cancun, Mexico. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and offer assistance with merchandise.
  • Display merchandise, restock items, and ticket merchandise with price or mark-downs.
  • Follow proper inventory system to conduct and reconcile merchandise inventory.
  • Count and verify merchandise orders upon receipt and document any shortages.
  • Place orders for store merchandise and approve invoices, including communicating with manager/supervisor as needed.
  • Complete customer purchases, process all payment types, and process returns, refunds, and exchanges.
