About the Job

We're looking for a talented Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Mexico, D.F. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for creating a high-energy store experience that engages consumers and drives sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and coach store associates to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Partner with store management to set sales goals and develop action plans to achieve them.
  • Manage cash handling and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment systems.
  • Work with the store manager and other members of the management team to flex store business strategies and meet or exceed established sales and performance goals.

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager who has a passion for the fashion industry and a proven track record of success in sales leadership. You should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in a retail sales leadership role.
