Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to attract, nurture, and convert leads into sales.
  • Manage all aspects of B2B EFM campaigns, including search, display, paid social, and retargeting.
  • Create and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve website performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and prospect reconnaissance to inform our go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with the sales effectiveness team on prospect targeting and lead cultivation activities.
  • Support in organizing corporate events and develop the digital strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of direct hands-on experience executing, running, and managing digital display campaigns, SEM campaigns, and social media ad campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Comprehensive experience with Google Analytics and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Experience using Hubspot/Pardot or a similar marketing automation tool.
  • B2B social media fluency and native use of LinkedIn, Facebook, and their platforms.
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, collaboration, and the ability to effectively multi-task.
  • High proficiency in Excel or any other data analysis software.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
