Business Development Assistant

About the Role
Pharmaboardroom is seeking a dynamic Business Development Assistant to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach to global C-level industry executives, ministers of health, payers, regulators, and scientists in the region's healthcare and life sciences space.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate contact with industry executives and policymakers
Implement a multi-channel business development and prospecting strategy for contacting C-suite executives
Interact with media and PR teams from global firms, organize presentation decks, and take pitch calls
Join the CEO and Senior management on client meetings (possibility to travel for short assignments)
Regularly report business activity: contacts, activity, pipeline, and brief reports through our CRM system
Identify and partner with regional conferences
Requirements
University degree in business or lifescience background
Fluency in business English and Spanish (both spoken and written); French or Arabic being a plus
High level of autonomy; passion for learning and enthusiastic
Dynamic approach to prospecting
Excellent oral and written skills
