Sonder is a hospitality company that's revolutionizing the way we think about accommodations. We're looking for a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver exceptional guest experiences.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing a team of housekeepers, ensuring that our properties are clean and well-maintained, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate the work of housekeepers and housekeeping support agents
- Ensure schedules are set and cleans are completed on time and at a high quality
- Inspect common areas of buildings for cleaning according to Sonder standards
- Maintain required pars of linen, amenities, and consumables for inventory management
- Perform inspections and quality assurance audits of cleaned apartments
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to Sonder property
**What We Look For:**
- A professional with a positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a leadership position
- Previous experience in a leadership role with a housekeeping department or similar operation
- Technical working knowledge of digital productivity tools and data analytics
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
- Physical stamina and mobility, including ability to reach, kneel, and bend
