Key Responsibilities- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage guest accounts, including processing payments and handling any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Bellperson, to ensure smooth operations.
- Anticipate and address guest service needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including shift logs and daily memo books.
- Count and balance bank at the beginning and end of shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of related work experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
