Job Summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our financial services practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Oracle Fusion Financials implementations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM/OUM methodologies
  • Maintenance and enhancements to existing Oracle Fusion Financial modules
  • Conducting CRP sessions, participating in design reviews, and mapping client requirements against Oracle Fusion Financial modules
  • Designing module-specific solutions and delivering functional specifications
  • Handling solution design, functional fit-gap, training, and testing sessions
  • Assisting business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs
  • Preparing quality deliverables, test scripts, and test cases
  • Conducting trainings and supporting Project Management Office (PMO)

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience working in Oracle ERP Financials with at least 2 years of experience in Fusion Financials
  • Experience in project accounting and supply chain modules
  • Good exposure in handling integrations and data conversion activities
  • Experience in solution design and drafting functional specs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents
  • Knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodology
  • Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead and mentor team members
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow well-defined release management processes

Education

  • CA/CWA/MBA-Finance/Professional Finance degree
