Ecommerce Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist

Rad Hires is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Customer Service and Sales Support professional to join our team. Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in multiple e-commerce brands, providing exceptional order fulfillment for their customers.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. Your strong understanding of Amazon, eCommerce, and Shopify will enable you to effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints, answer questions about products and services, process orders and refunds, track orders and provide shipping updates, and work with other team members to improve customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Answer questions about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Process orders and refunds accurately and efficiently
- Track orders and provide shipping updates to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service and sales support processes
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce customer service and sales support
- Proven experience in resolving customer complaints and inquiries
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Faire, Shopify, and Magento
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
