Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team at AT&T. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize effective sales techniques to build strong relationships with customers and enhance their buying experience.
  • Apply customer relationship and sales techniques to recommend and sell a variety of AT&T products and services that meet customers' needs.
  • Provide customer service and billing support, resolving any issues related to customers' accounts.
  • Add new lines or services to accounts to help customers' businesses grow.
  • Uncover customers' needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating their understanding of customers' needs.
  • Find personalized solutions that fit each customer's needs and make recommendations (rate plans, data usage reduction, promotions, etc.).
  • Use resources to ensure complete resolution of customer issues.
  • Offer a range of products, including telephone services, hotspots, devices that connect to a network, DIRECTV, Internet, programs, and systems for businesses.
  • Type of sales: upgrades, package changes, adding new services, plan changes.

Requirements

  • Advanced English fluency to engage with U.S. customers.
  • Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must.
  • 1 year of sales experience (or excellent communication skills).
  • Ability to train and work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week.

Benefits

  • Monthly Base Salary: MXN$18,400 (before Taxes)
  • Average monthly bonus of MXN $8,000, when you meet your sales and service targets
  • Monthly Grocery vouchers MXN $1,519 every 14 days
  • Monthly Restaurant vouchers MXN $1,216 every 14 days

Work Schedule

This is not a Work from Home role. You will be required to work in our offices 100% of the time.

Schedules are based on performance, seniority, and the operating hours of your site. This position requires you to be available to train and work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week.
