About the RoleRadian Generation is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive the growth of our business by conducting market research, performing outbound calling, and working closely with sales representatives to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and market opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our solutions and develop effective outreach strategies to generate new business leads.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify potential leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making processes to determine if they are a good fit for our offerings.
- Collaboration with Sales Reps: Work closely with sales representatives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide all necessary information and context to support successful conversions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospecting and lead generation activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Reporting: Regularly report on key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline status, and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative with a strong understanding of the renewable energy industry and a passion for helping customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment in a fast-paced environment.
Required qualifications and education include:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the renewable energy sector.
- Post-Secondary Degree.
