Job Responsibilities

1. Support the Compliance and Risk team in delivering full scope of Compliance services to customers.
2. Assist with Compliance and Risk management tasks for client portfolios.
3. Coordinate regular client meetings and distribute agendas.
4. Interface with O&M providers, solar EPCs, and other stakeholders.
5. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing monthly compliance reports.
6. Support compliance audit activities and regularly scheduled compliance filings.
7. Contribute to process improvement by reviewing and providing feedback on standard operating procedures.


Required Qualifications and Education



  • Working knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, and financing.
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • University Degree (or equivalent) with 0-2 years of experience.

Preferred Experience



  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations.
  • Familiarity with project agreements and material terms.
