About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager Regional Compliance Risk to oversee Line Unit regulatory and compliance program activities within our organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a regional team and ensure compliance with Enterprise and divisional policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls to drive regional and global standards for compliance risk management.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to identify and address regional compliance risk concerns, providing recommendations to ensure effective risk management.
  • Support the development of the compliance global strategy and lead regional implementation, as well as special projects to advance compliance risk management practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business discipline.
  • At least 5 years' experience in compliance, legal, accounting, contract administration, or audit.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
What We Offer

This position offers a competitive salary range: $100,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
