Job Description:

Comforcehealth is seeking a highly skilled Lead Cybersecurity Governance Risk and Compliance professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and participating in domain-specific technical and business discussions related to Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in technical and business discussions related to Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Assist in the analysis, design, and development of roadmaps and implementation plans based on identified risks.
  • Actively participate in the governance model and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Deliver tasks on time while identifying and addressing issues, risks, and opportunities.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and market developments to support GRC requirements.
  • Work collaboratively across different departments, providing strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Support risk evaluations for projects and business initiatives, including third-party assessments.
  • Define remediation plans and workplans for security issues and risks.
  • Establish security controls, guidelines, and procedures in a global environment to prevent risks.
  • Conduct assessments and oversee security compliance across the organization.
  • Document and share security best practices.
  • Research and analyze security risks and threats to inform decision-making.
  • Evaluate security implications for new and existing services or applications.
  • Perform audits and security checks to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee the operation of information security within the organization.
  • Develop and monitor project workplans and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT/Technology.
  • At least 2 years of experience with security solutions, security consulting, and security auditing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in large IT organizations and project management.
  • Strong understanding and experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
  • Proficiency in English (85% fluency).
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, both locally and remotely.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities concurrently.

Good to Have:

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA, ISO27001, or ISA/IEC 62443.
  • Soft skills: Strong leadership and influencing skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances. Proactive problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across different teams and stakeholders.
