The Market Operations Manager is an intermediate management position that oversees the provision of operations support services to ensure seamless delivery in alignment with Citi's operations support infrastructure and processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Lead the Operations Support team through task delegation and performance evaluations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Monitor team results, contributing to resource planning, budget management, and procedure formulation.
Contribute to the development of new techniques and plans within the area of expertise.
Ensure compliance with government regulations through the evaluation and implementation of control and testing measures.
Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information and in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures.
**Qualifications:**
5-8 years of experience managing a team, with required licenses including Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, and Series 63.
Ability to work independently and manage teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
