ENGAGEMENT & COMMUNICATIONS: As a key member of the Print Marketing SPO Office, this role will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for internal and external engagement and communication. This will involve leveraging various channels, such as All Employee Meetings, roundtables, internal and external events, intranet pages, podcasts, and videos, to drive impact and measure success through employee and external customer/partner feedback.

OPERATIONS: The Print Marketing SPO office is responsible for driving operational excellence, enabling a more effective and efficient organization focused on delivering Print Marketing business and organizational priorities. This role will play a critical part in creating an operating model and process of management structure that links to strategic goals and delivers results. The individual will identify and implement operational improvements to remove barriers and improve productivity.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: This role will lead cross-functional project teams, managing through ambiguity and conflict if needed. Project scope will include strategic and transformational initiatives.

Education and Experience Required:

BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.

5-7+ years of experience across several operations and/or marketing disciplines.

Demonstrated leadership in program management at scale.

Diplomacy and ability to influence without authority.
