Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to lead our marketing strategy for Ntd Software. This role will be responsible for developing and executing brand recognition strategies, generating inbound leads, and managing digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the company website to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Administer and create effective campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, leveraging SEM and SEO best practices.
  • Supervise and analyze advertising campaigns, presenting detailed performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Generate and manage inbound leads, maximizing conversion and ROI through data-driven decision making.
  • Control and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Review and optimize digital sales channels to improve brand exposure and presence.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, ensuring effective communication aligned with the brand strategy.
  • Analyze data and metrics through Google Analytics and other tools, presenting results and recommendations clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and increase campaign impact.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns in B2B environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creating and editing visual content.
  • Ability to analyze data and present it effectively, making decisions based on clear metrics.
  • Previous experience in marketing agencies or similar roles.
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining productivity and communication with the team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Formal experience in a professional setting with proven skills in project management and teamwork.

Salary Range: $12,000 - $20,000 per month
