About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR IT Analyst to spearhead the integration and configuration of Kronos Workforce Now Version 8 within our IT framework. The successful candidate will optimize key HR applications in the Americas and lead day-to-day activities in Kronos Workforce Now Version 8 application support.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Support: Lead day-to-day activities in Kronos Workforce Now Version 8 application support, manage maintenance, incidents, application releases, and patches with a focus on optimal performance.
- Technical Integration: Program, implement, and maintain the Kronos Workforce Now Version 8 timekeeping system, oversee the technical integration of Kronos with core applications at Vantiva Group.
- Configure Kronos applications in collaboration with the HR Business Owner and their User base, implement patches and releases for on-premise applications, ensuring Kronos Version 8 compatibility.
- Design, develop, and test reports and data analytics specific to Kronos, implement mechanisms for proactive incident reduction and early detection to avoid business disruptions.
