Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team at Top Mexico. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Determine sales policies by ranking existing customers based on profitability management, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Lead Sales Team: Control sales staff for both TJ and Bajio factories, and provide guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Business Analysis: Understand each business's condition and lead to a better direction, and prepare and analyze monthly and yearly sales projections.
  • Fluctuation Analysis: Conduct fluctuation analysis and prepare countermeasures to ensure sales stability.
  • Candidate Requirements: Consideration for candidates who have worked in a Japanese company is preferred, and proficiency in Japanese, Spanish, and English is preferred.
  • Experience and Skills: More than 10 years of B2B business experience, Microsoft Office proficiency is required, and some ERP knowledge is preferred.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for business (including to the US) is required, and a US visa is preferred.
