Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in both automotive and non-automotive industries.
Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage sales staff for both TJ and Bajio factories, ensuring effective sales policy implementation and profitability management.
Business Analysis and Planning:
Analyze business conditions, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
Communication and Collaboration:
Foster strong relationships with customers, sales staff, and other stakeholders to drive sales success.
Requirements:
10+ years of B2B business experience, with a strong background in sales and leadership.
Proficiency in Japanese, Spanish, and English, with a preference for candidates with experience working in a Japanese company.
Microsoft Office proficiency and ERP knowledge are required, with a willingness to travel for business and a preferred US visa.
