Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

We're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Coordinator to join our team at FlexTal Staffing LLC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement and growth across our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our company's marketing goals and objectives.
  • Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Expertise in social media scheduling and content management platforms such as Agorapulse, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid social media campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Experience with content creation and editing.
