**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Supervising and monitoring accounting operations, including daily journal entries and fixed assets management.
  • Providing financial information and support to senior management, headquarters, and business units.
  • Developing and implementing tax planning and strategy to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinating with external auditors and tax inspectors to ensure smooth audits and inspections.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or Supervisor.
  • Extensive knowledge of taxes and financial regulations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with SAP Business One or other ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel and Office 365 skills.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong ethics.
