- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve engagement strategies and customer experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mobile attribution, engagement analytics, or e-commerce retail with a background in account management
- Proven track record of improving in-app user engagement and driving business growth through strategic engagement initiatives
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and mobile analytic tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and Amplitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in creative strategy building and a passion for learning and sharing new information
