Blank Allocation Coordinator Job Description

Fortune Fashions Baja is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Blank Allocation Coordinator to support our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the Blank Allocation team's Purchasing Log to identify orders requiring allocation of blanks.
  • Assign blank materials to new orders submitted by Production to ensure timely transfer of blank materials to print facilities.
  • Accurately communicate with internal and cross-functional teams when discrepancies or challenges arise.
  • Understand the full scope of the production lifecycle and offer solutions when bringing challenges to the team's attention.
  • Maintain proficiency in mill blank suppliers, garment measurements, and substitutable items.
  • Utilize company systems to issue purchase orders to mill partners and communicate with support staff relevant information for tracking purposes.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred or equivalent related production experience.
  • Apparel industry or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Display eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Time management experience managing multiple tasks is required.
